1.Principle:

The transducer will transfer high-frequency electrical energy,which is produced by Ultrasonic Welding Generators,into high-frequency mechanical vibration,which will work on plastic products by Booster. Ten of thousand times frication each second in mocular between one machining parts and the other will be generated by high-frequency mechanical vibration. And then contact area between plastic products will be fused promptly.  

2.Applied Range: 

It not only can connect with some automatic machines,such as non-woven fabric slitting machine,zip-lock bag making machine, 3 side sealing plastic bag making machine, paper cups welding machine, mask making machine, non woven bag making machine,to keep step working, but also  can connct with ultrasonic welding/bonding/sealing/sewing machine to finish working step.
