1.Main Parts of ultrasonic welding system:
Ultrasonic Generator, Ultrasonic Transducer and Ultrasonic Horn.
2. Working Principle of ultrasonic welding system:
The transdeucer will transfer the high frequency electric erergy which was produced by the ultrasonic generator into high frequency mechanical vibration which will work on nonwoven products by the welding head.Tens of thousands of times for frication each second between one nonwoven and the other will be produced by high-frequency mechianical vibration.And then contact area between nonwoven products will be fused promptly.
3.Applications of utlrasonic welding system:
· Intermittent ultrasonic welding, cutting, punching andembossing of
§ elastic and non-elastic textiles
§ PA, PES, PP, aramid, Dyneema®, glass filament, nonwoven and other materials, as well as mixed fabrics
