Description:

SS Series 1600KN-5000KN series of product are made with the technology introduced from S.Machinary LTD., Japan. Then press has steel-welded structure which is high in rigidity, stable in precision and elegant in appearance. The main motor adopts electromagnetic adjustable speed motor, so the SPM of the slide can be adjusted dteplessly in a certain range, and the position of die can be adjusted in a mini-speed. Hydraulic overload protection device is applied to protect the press and die and eight-side right angled guides are adopted to guide the slide. There is a feeding hole at one side of the press. The power taken out from the main shaft can be used to drive automatic feeding equipments, so the press can realize the single-machine automation or be applied to be automatic production line. This series of products are widely used in the industries such as household electric appliances. Automobiles, auto cycles, electromotor, hardware and petrochemical industries.
