Basic information: 

1. Auto Duct Line 3 is a high cost-effective equipment which is suitable for the production of TDF

 flange, angle steel flange as well as the TDC flange. 

2. Sheets with the angle steel flange and TDC flange can be folded into rectangular duct on the 

machine automatically.    

3. Chinese and English can be easily converted. 

4. Max feeding speed is 15m/min. Length tolerance is ±0.5mm, diagonal tolerance is ±0.8mm.

shear--cooperate with pittsburgh lock machine or plasma cutting machine.
iler-metal feed-leveler grooving rollwith  TDF folder to produce“ L ”,“U  ”,“O DUCT SHAPE ”shear,fold-seal with sealing machine to form TDC.

This auto duct Line  combines a feeding metal frame, leveler grooving roll, hydraulic notch
and punch square machine, hydraulic shear,  hydraulic folder and CNC system. It is efficient,
saves work area by inline positioning of machines. It is possible to produce square duct of small
cross section area of 200×200mm.
