JZC Waste Engine Oil Pyrolysis Device

1. Series JZC machine is energy-saving, environment protective machine. In the process, it generates less waste (sludge) only, the waste (Sludge) doesn’t contain any oil; the oil-gas and low volatile are discharged after combustion of hydrocarbons and purification treatment, so, it is no pollution for the environment at all (The waste/sludge also can be processed into a carbon toner for printing the raw materials).

2. after waste engine oil treated by JZC machine, the final products is the base oil; the base oil can be used for making the diesel oil and lubricating oil. The user can deploy the base oil resource, changed the base oil into any model and any specification oils by adding different additives. (We can provide you the relative additive name and way)

3. about the fuel: it is very low operation cost, because series JZC heat the waste engine oil by combusting fuel (The fuel can be the waste engine oil self), it is very less electricity consumption. During the regenerating process, you don’t need to add any other chemicals; the whole process is under high temperature distillation process (80-580C).
