Applications:

It is a special equipment for testing the plastometer indices of bituminous coal (including the maximum thickness Y, final degree of shrinkage X and volume curve) and it meets the requirement of GB/T479-2000<Plastometer indices testing method of bituminous coal).

Advantages: 

1. Two-way communication of computer and the controller takes comprehensive monitoring to the controlling equipment.

2. Control automatically and display the temperature of single or double furnace.

3. Test automatically and display the shrinkage degree of coal sample of single or double furnace.

4. Automatically draw the volume curve of single or double furnace.

5. Automatically draw the temperature-time curve.

6. Automatically write down the temperature of front and back furnaces every ten minutes.

7. Alarm at the knee point of volume curve to remind the operator to make operations such as start, stop the tester and so on.

8. Check the data of manually and input to the computer, and then the tester will automatically draw the curve and calculate the maximum thickness.

9. Automatically calculate the testing result and print out the testing record and report.

10. Stock the previous testing date for check and printing.
