Nutritive maltose syrup for beer is made from corn and purified plant protein by
biological technology and high-new technology with the processes of nitrogen fixation,
defating, refining, condensing, etc. It has been widely used in beer industries.
It's abundant in nitrogen, carbon and microelement which are needed by brewer yeast.
The product has characteristics of low chromaticity, moderate reducing sugarand high fermentation which can decline the color of the beer, improve the transparency
and taste of the beer and prolong its period of quality assurance.Nutritive Maltose Syrup for Beer can partly replace barley malt, so it can decline
the usage of it. It can wholly replace rice (the percentage can reach to 50%).On the basis of existing facilities, it can improve the output of beer greatlyand low the production costs. Using nutritive maltose syrup for beer can completely
solve the problem that it declines the PH value by using high maltose syrupduring the fermentation. We can manufacture products based on the demands of customers.
