A. MODELS & SPECIFICATIONS

The conveyor carrier is a little slower because it has to discharge sand by conveyor, so if you need to increase the discharge speed, you can choose the sand carrier with bottom doors below the cabin, but you should match a small discharge dredger. please check the below list:

B. DESCRIPTION & ABSTRACT

The conveyor carrier is also called sand carrier with conveyor, small sand barge with conveyor, mini sand transporter with conveyor, small sand vessel with conveyor, sand boat with conveyor. It has one or two pontoon, one hopper, one conveyor, one propeller, one or two engine and some other auxiliaries. The hopper has many doors at the bottom, and its upside is wide and bottom is narrow, like a hopper. So after the carrier arrives at the harbor, open the hopper doors, the sand will drop down to the conveyor belt and then is transported to the shore or truck. The conveyor is very long. It lays under the hopper.

The open-cabin-door sand carrier is less simple than the conveyor carrier. In the middle of the bottom, there are some doors, usually 6-32pcs. When the carrier arrives near the shore, the operator can control a small reducer to open the cabin doors to dump sand. This carrier just has one pontoon. How to discharge sand to the shore? You have to use a small sand discharge dredger to do it. If you need the discharge dredger, please tell me, we can make for you.

C. APPLICATIONS & USE

PURPOSE: The sand carrier is mainly used for transporting sand from the dredging site to the sand store place in river.

Working conditions: Max. Temperature40℃; Min. Temperature -10℃; Max. Water Temperature32℃; Relative Humidity less than 70%.

D. WORKING PRINCIPLE

If you want to use the sand carrier to transport sand from the dredging site, first you have to have a sand dredger to dredge sand from the river. You can choose a jet suction dredger as the master dredger to dredge sand and load the sand carrier, or choose a sand bucket chain dredger to produce sand.

The conveyor belt sand carrier: After loading, start the engine and operate the propeller to move the carrier, arrive at small port, start the conveyor and open the hopper door, the sand will drop down to the conveyor belt and the belt rotates round and round, so the sand is discharged to the shore.

The open-cabin-door sand carrier has to open the cabin door and the sand dumps to the water and then we use a small discharge dredger to suck and transport sand to the shore.

1. Installation

After the goods arrives at the dredger or machine working site, we will send our engineers to install it for the customer. but we don't afford the installation expense, for example, freight, visa, foods, accommodation, labors, installation tools.  

2. Training

If your workers need to be trained, we also can send the professional operators to train them. but we won't afford any cost of training.

3. Professional workers

If you need the professional workers, we can look for them for you in China, but we won't afford any expense and we should get some commission.

4. spare parts

When you order the goods, you should order some spare parts at the same time and load in containers, if some part is broken, you can change at once.

5. maintainance service

We have no oversea department to supply service. If the dredger or machine can't work, we can send engineers to maintain for you, but you should afford all the maintainance expense.

1. Packing

All the dredgers and machines have no package. We load all the goods in the container without package. 

If you just order some small parts or engines or machines, we should put the goods inside the woodbox.

2. Loading

We would put all the small parts inside the pontoons or boxes. we would depart the dredgers into several parts, so we can put it in the container. If we can't put it in the container, we have to order the bulk cargo.

3. Shipping

We will choose the cheapest and fastest ship for the customer. if all the goods can put in the container, we won't order the bulk cargo ship, if it can't, we have to order the bulk cargo ship, if you just order several small machines, and it can't be full of one container, we will send it by LCL (less than container load).

1. Delivery

Usually we have no finished dredgers or machines in store. But we can build it as soon as possible. Usually we will build it in 10-60days. The bigger model, the more time. If you want to know the accurate time of delivery, please reply to me.

2. Payment terms

cutter suction dredger: 30% deposit, after pontoons finished, 30%-50%, balance before loading.

Theothers: 30% deposit and before loading, the balance. 

We just can accept T/T. If you want to pay by L/C, please ask us. We will check if we can accept. Thank you.
