A. MODELS & SPECIFICATIONS

If you think the sand pump produces sand too slowly, we can install two sets of sand suction system. Usually the transporter dumps sand into the water near to the shore and you should match one set of small discharge dredgerto discharge sand to the shore, if you don’t want to buy the small discharge dredger, we can install another sand pump in the transporter, so it can discharge sand to the shore directly.

B. DESCRIPTION & ABSTRACT

Sand Suction Transporter, which is also called auto sand suction hopper dredger, sand suction hopper vessel, and sand suction hopper boat/barge, is mainly used for large water body, such as the field or reservoir, rivers and lakes where the truck and loader cannot enter. 

The transporter consists of hull, discharge pipe system, water jet system, pumping sand system, winch system, self-propelled system and open-sand-cabin-door system, etc. Discharge system includes power, sand discharge pipe, sand pump, etc. Water jet system includes water jet pump, power, water inlet pipe, outlet pipe and water gun, etc. Pumping sand system includes sand pump, power, suction hose pipe, suction head, etc. Winch system includes winch, power, gantry frame, pulley block, etc. Moving system includes propeller, power, etc. Open-sand-cabin-door includes sand cabin, the turbine reducer and fixing device, etc.

Sand suction system includes water jet system and sand pumping system. Water jet system includes water jet pump, power, water inlet pipe, outlet pipe and water gun, etc. Pumping sand system includes sand pump, power, suction hose pipe, suction head, etc. At the end of sucker , there is steel net to prevent stones and rubbish to enter into the pump and pipe.

Winch system includes winch, power, gantry frame, pulley, etc. The winch is drived by the motor of water jet pump. The winch has two operating handles. The operator can drive it to lift and drop the sucker to adjust the dredging depth.

Self-propelled system includes propeller and power, the operator can drive the operating handle to move forward or backward.

This sand suction transporter can suck and sieving sand 30-200 cubic meters per hour from 2 to 30 meters deep underwater. The hull overall is divided into three parts, both ends are floating body, middle part is sand cabin. The diesel engine drives the propeller to move the transporter, with speed 5-10 km/hour.

C. APPLICATIONS & USE

PURPOSE: The sand suction transporter is mainly used for dredging sand in the river, lagoon, lake, reservoir, creek, and pond.

Working conditions: Max. Temperature40℃ ; Min. Temperature -10℃; Max. Water Temperature32℃; Relative Humidity less than 70%.

D. WORKING PRINCIPLE

The working principle is, the high-pressure water jet pump produces high pressure and shoot the sediment through high-pressure water gun, making the sediment into floating state; then sand pump sucks sand and discharges it to the destination by discharge pipe. The transporter is featured by novel design, simple operation, high efficiency and suitable for river dredging, lake reservoir dredging, poldering of seashore, port terminals cleaning, yellow sand and building sand dredging, etc.

1. check all the engines and machines.

2. start the propeller engine, leave the river shore and go to the dredging site.

3. close the propeller, and start the pump engines

4. operate the winch to ajust the sucker

5. suck sand. half an hour later, the sand cabin will be full.

6. lift the suck, close the pump engines, and start the propeller

7. operate the propeller, go back to the river shore

8. stop the dredger and operate the reducer to open the sand cabin door to make the sand drop down to the river, after all the sand dumps, close the cabin door.

9. start the propeller engine and go back to the dredging site again.

10. use the shore discharge dredger to suck and discharge sand to the shore.

1. Installation

After the goods arrives at the dredger or machine working site, we will send our engineers to install it for the customer. but we don't afford the installation expense, for example, freight, visa, foods, accommodation, labors, installation tools.  

2. Training

If your workers need to be trained, we also can send the professional operators to train them. but we won't afford any cost of training.

3. Professional workers

If you need the professional workers, we can look for them for you in China, but we won't afford any expense and we should get some commission.

4. spare parts

When you order the goods, you should order some spare parts at the same time and load in containers, if some part is broken, you can change at once.

5. maintainance service

We have no oversea department to supply service. If the dredger or machine can't work, we can send engineers to maintain for you, but you should afford all the maintainance expense.

1. Packing

All the dredgers and machines have no package. We load all the goods in the container without package. 

If you just order some small parts or engines or machines, we should put the goods inside the woodbox.

2. Loading

We would put all the small parts inside the pontoons or boxes. we would depart the dredgers into several parts, so we can put it in the container. If we can't put it in the container, we have to order the bulk cargo.

3. Shipping

We will choose the cheapest and fastest ship for the customer. if all the goods can put in the container, we won't order the bulk cargo ship, if it can't, we have to order the bulk cargo ship, if you just order several small machines, and it can't be full of one container, we will send it by LCL (less than container load).

1. Delivery

Usually we have no finished dredgers or machines in store. But we can build it as soon as possible. Usually we will build it in 10-60days. The bigger model, the more time. If you want to know the accurate time of delivery, please reply to me.

2. Payment terms

cutter suction dredger: 30% deposit, after pontoons finished, 30%-50%, balance before loading.

Theothers: 30% deposit and before loading, the balance.
