Aluminium Flexible Ducting
Application: Its a range of fully flexible uninsulated aluminium/polyester laminated ducting, which has been specially designed for the HVAC and hydroponics market. Because of its flexibility it is easy to connect to either round or oval ducting.
Construction: It is a multi-ply reinforced aluminium and polyester laminated ducting with an encapsulated high tensile steel wire helix.
Advantages: Supplied in standard 10 metre length, compressed to 0.4 - 0.6 metre; Individually boxed; Easy to connect to either round or oval ducting; No special tools required for cutting or fixing; In the event of a fire no toxic gases are emitted; The products have been successfully tested for fire resistance.   

 
Combi Ducting
Application: Combi-Flex is a new range of fully flexible reinforced, lightweight Aluminium Polyester and PVC laminated duct specially designed for the HVAC Market. Suitable for low, medium and high-pressure Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning supply or Extract Systems for use on both commercial and industrial applications. 
Construction: A laminated construction encapsulating a high tensile steel wire helix ensures there is no separation from the duct material. The Combi-Flex is covered with a Touch co-polymer outer duct/vapour barrier, which acts as a unique extra airtight, strong and durable barrier.
Advantages: Seamless smooth interior surface ensures a low-pressure drop and no dust collecting crevices when fully extended; The lamination of the layers of Aluminium Polyester and PVC into one single product gives extra strength, durability and stability; Easy to install over either round or oval connections; Supplied in 6 / 10 metre lengths, compressed to 0.4 / 0.6 metres; Individually boxed; No special tools required for cutting or fixing; In the event of a fire no toxic gases are emitted.

Acoustic Ducting
Application: A range of fully flexible thermal and acoustic insulated ducting which has been specially designed for the HVAC market. The vapour barrier prevents condensation forming on the outside of ducts carrying air at lower temperatures than the surrounding air. It has been developed to reduce cross talk and noise generated by in-duct components and offers a very high degree of sound adsorption.
Construction: Its constructed using a micro perforated aluminium inner duct (covered with a protective film to prevent the glassfibre entering the airstream), 25mm or 50mm fibreglass insulation and a vapour barrier jacket. The jacket is a spirally produced multi-layer aluminium polyester laminated fabric reinforced with fiberglass yarn, which provides an outstanding combination of strength and tear resistance.
Advantages: Can be easily cut at the required length; Supplied in standard 10 metre length, compressed to 1.0 - 1.2 metre; Individually boxed; Easy to connect to either round or oval ducting; No special tools required for cutting or fixing; In the event of a fire no toxic gases are emitted; No migration of glassfibre particles into the airstream; The products have been successfully  tested for fire resistance.    

Insulated Flexible Ducting
Application: Its a range of fully flexible thermally insulated ducting, which has been specially designed for the HVAC market. This range has been developed to minimise the heat gain or loss resulting from the temperature differential between the airflow and the surrounding ambient air. The vapour barrier prevents condensation forming on the outside of ducts carrying air at lower temperatures than the surrounding air.
Construction: Its constructed with an inner duct (Aluminium) with either 25mm or 50mm fiberglass insulation and covered with an outer jacket, which acts as a vapour barrier. The jacket is a spirally produced multi-layer Aluminium/Polyester laminated fabric reinforced with a fiberglass yarn, which provides an outstanding combination of strength and tear resistance.
Advantages: Supplied in standard 10 metre length, compressed to 1.0-1.2 metre; Individually boxed; Easy to connect to either round or oval ducting; No special tools required for cutting or fixing; In the event of a fire no toxic gases are emitted; The products have been successfully tested for fire resistance.
