Quench types

External circular quenching series, for all kinds of shaft, rods, tubes, circular parts (such as bearings, valve, etc) whole or local quenching of outside round face

Semi-atuo quenching series, for all kinds of tubing, mechanical parts inside circles whole or local quenching (such as cylinder liner, bushings, etc.)

 Super-large parts of quenching series, the quality of larger, heavier super-large parts whole or local quenching (such as Marine gear, dam locks rails and large oil pipelines, roll, etc.)

Roller induction quenching equipment

1.Application

This equipment is mainly used to quench the clutch, the clutch disc hub,  and other thin pieces products. The cluth and products will be durable ,they are not distorted  after the quenching.The whole process of quenching is automatic continuity.
