Product Description
Rotary calcining furnace used for producing powder.
1. Application
As the calcining furnace, Tungsten acid ammonia and Molybdenum acid ammonia can be calcinated to produce tungsten oxide and molybdenum oxide powder. As a reducing furnace,tungsten oxide or other metallic oxide powder can be reduced in tungsten powder and other metal powder with H2 to produce tungsten or other pure metal.
2. Features
A. It uses the famous rotary tube; the sealing joint is made of graphite ring with spherical surface, having good seal reliability.
B.The heating elements are hanged on three sides of the hearth, make temperature heating uniformity.
C.The refractory lining is made up of fiber blankets with good heat preservation.
D.Atmosphere: H2, N2 or Air, 0-10Kpa.
E.Raw material is feeded into the drum by a dosing screw feeder, and the finished product is discharged automatically by a two-valve mechanism.
F. The rotating speed of the drum and helix can be step-less-changed.
G.Match automatic discharge system.
