The Straw briquette machine line consists of crusher, dryer, briquette machine and carbonization furnace. The production line is applied to recycling the biowaste into biomass briquette or charcoal bars, which can be used as fuel. The raw material is cheap and easy to find. Raw material can be wood branch, wood sawdust, rice hull, bamboo sawdust, peanut shell, coconut shell, sunflower shell, cotton stalks, corn stalks, corncob, sugarcane waste, shrugs etc. According to the raw material size, some can be briquetted directly, but some need to be processed into 3-5mm firstly. Straw extruder machine is equipped with automatic temperature control system and designed to produce high density wood briquette from biomass. The product of Biomass Straw extruder machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc for warm in house.

Working Priciple of Straw briquette Extruder Machine

Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires. The density of the briquettes is 900-1400kg/m2.
