Working principles of Rotary drying machine :

1. Bucket elevator transports the wet material into the feeder.

2. Feeder sends the wet material into the rotary drier silo.

3. Feeder cover keeps the materials not leaking and maintains the temperature of pulp.
4. Drum dryer rotates slowly by motor power to heat material evenly.
5. Lifting plate: through the rotating of transfer cylinder and the mixing of the lifting plate, the materials are heated fully and the water is evaporated.
6. Dust blower and then dust collector cyclone: the dust generated by the mixing of the dried material in the warehouse was discharged out through dust fan and dust collector cyclone, this drying way is environmental.
8. Discharging cover maintains the temperature in the silo, discharge the dry materials orderly.
9. Rotary discharging feeder: The dry materials are transported on the belt conveyor through rotary discharging feeder.
10. Belt conveyor: the dried materials are transported into product stock by the belt conveyor or directly bulked.
