Product Application

High efficiency heat pump drying machine can specially used for large preserved fruit and vegetable, herbs, aquatic product, meat and other need long time processing, or need high product quality, such as mango, red dates, medlar, sweet potato strip, momordica grosvenori, fig, mushroom, fish, sausage, ginseng, clay, pasty fluid, and sludge etc.

Working Principle

High efficiency heat pump drying unit is composed by fins type evaporator (outdoor machine), compressor, fins type condenser (indoor machine), and expansion valve. The process is continuous heat circulation from evaporation (absorb the heat in the environment from indoor and outdoor) compression condensation ( release the heat in the drying room) liquidation evaporation, which will transfer the heat from the environment outside to inner dryer, the coolant is circulated in the system in working by compressor.

Main Features

1)Environmentally friendly and energy-saving drying equipment. Compare with genera hot air drying (using boiler form steam for heat-source), this kind of dryer has high energy-efficient with less energy consumption.
2)Relatively low temperature drying without damage material surface and nutrients.
3)Especially suitable for big and whole size material drying.
4)Drying principle: Inverse Carnot cycle principle. It is like reverse air conditioning compressor working principle to increase the air temperature in dryer, also make low water content hot air circulating. The water in the material comes out cause of air-pressure-difference. When wet air passing evaporator, the liquid refrigerant absorb the heat turn to air status. So that the wet air cool down temperature and condenser water content becoming dried air at the same time. Then dried air arrive compressor condenser unit. The refrigerant releases heat. The dried air will become high mperature status again. It is with this circulation principle to make drying purpose.
