the Working Principle

The facility is comprised of import high quality triangle steel blade from Taiwan, plastic arc cutting-tools and other important parts. The cylinder formed by plastic arc cutting-tools roll evenly under reduction box driving. Fixed triangle steel blade clings on arc surface of the cylinder, cut the useless head of the bean which protrude when the cylinder rolling to accomplish the purpose of cutting to the head of green sword bean.

Operating and Maintenance

1 Before it works, first chcek the connection of wire is correct, reverse or not. Check methed: put up the pleastic cutting-tools roller to make it away form drive stand completely. Then wire and test run, when wire it correctly, reset the pleastic cutting-tools roller, and spray it by rinsing, lubricate it and start working.

2 Seed the meterial evenly, not more lest impact effect

3 Pay more attention to cleanliness of the facility in normal times, avoid the high-temperature, insolation and drenching lest plastic deteriorate

4 Maintain the bearing regularity, inject grease lubricant, check the oil level of reduction box, oil seal leak or not. Change the reduction box special lubricant regularity.

5 If abnormal mechanical noise happens in its working, please stop and check and maintain in time, lesr damage it, insure working safely.
