Function of Wire Nail Production Line:

To make the steel bar into high quality of iron nail ,rivet,body of roofing nail(asphalt felt nails, linoleum nails), cement nail and other special shaped nails used for high speed coil nail welder and coil nailer if we changed the stamping structure,nail mould and nail knife.

Flowchart of working procedure

1.wire drawing machine

draw out the big rebar into certain diameter which keep same as the nail you plan to make ,meanwhile the rust which attached on the surface also will be removed if you take our scrap steel bar style wire drawing machine or horizontal style drawing machine .

2.ail making machine

pre-set the length of nail you prefer , then use this machine to produce the wire nail .

3.polishing machine

to make the finished nail more bright ,notes that add some saw powder,paraffin,oil and other material in the machine when polishing .

 tering and packing the nail with wooden box for marketing (You can also pull into the grid mesh cages, sheds, hangers, car baskets.)

auxiliary equipment:

1.butt welding machine(used to connect the end of two wire rod together for further continuous production ),it is only used for the continuous drawing production line .

2.a pointing rolling machine is necessary no matter what type wire drawing machine you used if your raw material is new bar.Itwill be helpful for you to put the raw material into the feeder of nail maker .

3.our continuous type wire drawing machine do not have the rust removal function as working ,so if your material are new wire rod ,you have to buy another special derusting machine from us to ensure the quality of nail

4.discharge wire machine (replace the labour to unload the heavy wire after drawing ),this is machine just is used for the continuous drawing production line .
