1. Main drive adopts high accurate gear drive, with an output of about 20% higher than belt drive.
2. The drive part of the machine including motor optimize, the high quality SKF bearings and NAK oil seals 
ensure high efficient and steady driving with low noise.
3. The imperative feeder device is adopted, which making the machine operate smoothly as the material like wood sawdust, corn, wheat, and rice straw is very light, so they are needed to be pushed into pelleting 
chamber by force.
4. Special design of feed conditioner adopts the frequency conversion speed regulating control to 
guarantee wood pellets quality.
5. The ring die is made by international advanced technology, has long service life and ensure high quality of pellets.
6. The international advanced compensation type flexible coupling is of novel and compact structure, make sure operation with safety, low noise and less trouble.
7. Permanent magnet device can remove impurities in the pelleting process.

Main working process of straw pellet machine

A, Preparing raw materials:
All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going to wood pellet mill. If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.

B, Drying process:
Before going to the wood pellet mill, the moisture of raw materials must be controlled in 10-15%. This process can be realized by a drum dryer.

C, Feeding process:
The dry raw materials is delivered by a conveyer into the stock bin which is installed over the feed hopper. 

D, Pressing process:
After the raw materials delivered into the rotating die of wood pellet mill, we can start the wood pellet mill. The sawdust will be pressed through 3 or 4 rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the sawdust and extrudes it through the holes in the die.

Pellets show

Raw materials: Wood chips, straw, cotton stalks, rice husks, peanutshells, bamboo, empty fruit branches, coal, waste paper and so on.
Raw material size: Best size for pressing high quality pellets is 2-4mm.
Raw material miosture: Better to be 10-15%

Packing and delivery

The normal package is wooden box. If export to european countries, the wooden box will be fumigated. If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
