palm fiber silk making machine mainly used to loose open and rub oil palm empty fruit brunches(EFB), palm,coconut shell and other hard skin fibers into filamentous. Finished products after this machine is filamentous which is important raw material for making pellets. 

Raw materials: fresh and semi-dry coconut, palm, and other hard skin fiber.

Process: Conveyer or manual → palm fiber making machine and screening →dust
1. use the conveyor or manually feeding type
2. The high-speed rotation with over 30 knives seperating and opening the coconut and palm ,the impurity will be out through the screen .
3. The clean and filamentous fiber is come out .

The palm fiber making machine is fixed electric type, and it can be made with diesel engine or mobile trailer type.
(1). palm fiber silk making machine is used to extract fiber from material like oil palm, palm and coconut shell which contains lots of fiber. The fiber is used to make mattress, shoe-pad, seat cushion etc.
(2).There are mainly two types: sigle drum and double drum type. The single drum type fiber extracting machine is suitable for almost all the palm material, the double drum type is suitable for the mateial, which requires high quality fiber or dry coconut shell.
