QBY series pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of transport machinery, is one of the most innovative pump. Working principle
In two symmetric cavity pump, each equipped with a flexible diaphragm, link will be two pieces of the diaphragm are connected into a whole, the compressed air into the air from the air intake valve pump coupling, drive two the working chamber of the diaphragm, diaphragm and drove two block motion link connection. At the same time, the other working chamber of the gas from behind the diaphragm discharge pump, once it reaches the end of stroke, gas distribution mechanism is automatically compressed air into a working chamber, push the diaphragm in the opposite direction, so that the formation of the synchronous reciprocating two diaphragm movement.
