The Description of Coal Slime Roasting Machine 

 Mechanical structure:Coal slime roasting machine is composed of heat source ,beaten device ,belt conveyor ,feeder ,rotary drum ,belt feeder ,induced draft fan (available in :roof fan ),discharger and distribution box .

Working principle :coal slime is in sticky form ,therefore, the drying process consists of the following procedures:

1..Conducting Area ,coal slime was fed into this area ,then contact hot air while water was promptly evaporated ,the materials are stirring by the shoveling plate ,and would not bond together but enter into the next work area .

2..Clean-up Area ,when the materials was lifting ,they are easily tend to stick to the wall of rotary drum, in this circumstance ,the cleaning device combined in the coal slime dryer could properly clean the adhesive materials .During this process ,the cleaning device also play a role of crushing on them ,thus increasing the heat exchange area and the improve the drying rate .

3.Tilted Lifting Plate Aerate .The wet slime in this field has shown low moisture loose state ,and cohesive phenomenon is no longer exited .thus coal slime reach the required state after heat exchange .
