Introductions of main components and structure

3.1 This machine is mainly used for cutting the sheet of thickness 6mm and width not more than 3200mm, the Intensity of sheet is 450N/mm², and if need to shear sheets with more large intensity , the maximum thickness of the sheet should be correspondingly reduced.

3.2 This machine adopts advanced integrated hydraulic system with good reliability.

3.3 The triple support rolling guide rail has been equipped to eliminate gaps between the rails and enhance the shearing quality.

3.4 The back gauge adopts the intelligent digital display device, shearing quantity is automatic counted, and the distance of the back gauge can be arbitrarily set according to user's requirements.

3.5 The gap value of blade can be adjusted according to the cutting thickness just by the hand wheel in front of the machine, to the corresponding indicating value.

3.6 As to rectangular blade, four blades are available with long service life. Shearing angle is adjustable to reduce the distortion of the metal sheet.

3.7 The upper tool rest adopts the in-tilted structure, it is convenient to load materials and improve work precision.

3.8 This machine has sub-shearing function.
