BW88135102 Spiral Bevel Gears are teeth machined by Gleason equipment, and heat treated with IPSEN heat treatment furnace. 100% of gears are checked in couple on low noise testing machine about contact mark, backlash and noise level.
The driving pinion and driven crown are lapped in fine by Gleason 600HTL Turbo Lapper.
BW88135102 Spiral Bevel Gears are mainly applied on Mechanical and Hydrodynamic Forklift Transmission Gearboxes and Power Drive of Gearmotor.
Design and Production according to customer's demand are available.
