1. What is your terms of package?

A: We pack our goods with HELI brand  boxes and cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

2. What is your terms of payment?

A: We can accept the terms of payment is L/C at sight, T/T, D/P, Western Union ,cash .

3. What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

4. How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take two week after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.If we have stock about your order,just 1-2 Days.

5. What is your sample policy?

A: We are honored to offer you samples.Please pay the sample charge and postage in advance. We accept the sample payment via Western Union or T/T.
