Q The device won’t turn on.

AFirst please check if battery is installed correctly and battery rear cover is covered.

If there is battery and battery is installed correctly ,The program may be damaged. Please try resetting your device.

If it still doesn’t work, Please contact the service center.

QThe devicecan’t be charged.
