Q The device won’t turn on.

AFirst please check if battery is installed correctly and battery rear cover is covered.

If there is battery and battery is installed correctly ,The program may be damaged. Please try resetting your device.

If it still doesn’t work, Please contact the service center.

QThe devicecan’t be charged.

AA Make sure the power cable and your device have been properly

connected.

Try to clean the charging terminals. If they still do not work,

your battery life might be finished or it may be a broken battery.

AYou can send the device via a delivery service to our headquarter after confirmation.

When sending the package, make sure you pay for the shipping

turned on.If it drains quickly regardless of using the options above,

QThe device won’t connect GPRS?

AFirst check if SIM card is installed correctly and wireless function is opened.

Then make sure the access point is set correctly and SIM card has enough fee.

If it still doesn’t work , then check SIM card is damaged or not.
