Heating methods:

    gel making machine is made of stainless steel 304 or 316 ; its tank body surface adopt to mirror polishing; there are two different heat forms: electric heating and steam heating , as for heating methods, it can be heated by jacketed heating, coil heating, and heating pipe heating etc.

Agitator:

    The agitator of gel making machineis top center stirring, Agitator which is capable of handling very thick highly viscous gel like paste on low speed(rpm) and at the same time should be capable for mixing oils with low to medium viscosity at medium to high speeds ( rpm).

    Meanwhile, there are many different kinds of agitators, such as: frame mixer, anchored mixer, paddle mixer and turbo type mixer and so on, it is decided by the technological process.

Inlet and outlet:

    The input and export of gel making machine adopt to Flanging arc, which is easy to clean and no dead corner.
