Principle of car tyre machine:

Introduction of car tyre machine:

Scrap steel wire and tire rubber powder equipment consist of tire circle incision machine, tire strip slicing

Whole line processing :

1.Tire circle incision machine

incision machine for cutting down from one side of steel tire sidewall for next step cutting. The tire placed on 

disc platform, rotating the handwheel and the jaw shelf holder will be firmly stuck inner tire, turn on the power, 

rotating work platforms, cutting tools working as need, slowly cut into tires, step by step, until the cut sidewall 

of the tire.

2. Tire strip slitter

To cut the tire(remove sidewall) into strips, and the strips of width adjustable. Two disc cutter for special materials, hard and 

durable, can use repeatedly grinding and use for no more than 1200 model steel tires.

3.Bar cutting machine

Machine can cut the tire strip into bar pieces, tool alloy cutting tools, nearly 9-16 tons per day, the cutting tool can be repeatedly grinding if not sharp.
