Brief Introduction

GZG series vibrating feeder is a kind of linear vibrating feeder machine, consisting of vibrating frame, vibration motor, spring, bearing seat, wear liner, etc

Can be customize as the follows:

• Open type

• Sealed type

• Vibration motors are installed in the lower parts of feeder

• Vibration motors are installed in the upper parts of feeder

• Control of motor speed: vibration motor can be stepless speed adjusted during rated frenquency of 50%-100%

• Pedestal type: suitable for heavy-duty feeder

Ration feeding, automatic batching, link in autocontrol feeding 

Operating Principle

Making use of synchronous principle of two vibration motors, generating resultant force of 60 degree in horizontal plane. Through periodic vibration, it makes materials be tossed and move forward in a straight line in the feeding trough. That achieves the objective that transfers granular, block and powdery materials from hopper into receiving equipments uniformly, quantificationally and continuously.
