The characteristics of two-stage crusher:

1. The machine cavity has two crushing system. Secondary crushing and fine crushing is 2 in 1.

2. The outlet fineness is less than 3mm, which 0.5-0.075mm (35 mesh  -200mesh )fineness is more than 50%, 0.6-2mm fineness is around 35%, and 2-3mm fineness is around 15%.

3. Due to the complete disintegrating, after the initial separation, the 3-5% raw ore will remove more than 70% gob or impurities, which improve the concentrate ore

up to 20%-40%.

4. Because of the grinding grade increases and reducing the inlet grinding material, our two-stage crusher improve the capacity of grinding job up to more than 50%.
