Applications:

1. Product usage: QJ series submersible motor pump for well is a complete set of equipment to draw water from deep well.It is widely used for farm irrigation,water supply and drainage in factories and mines,providing human being and animals with drinking water in plateau or mountain areas.

2.  Product form: The motor part and the pump part are connected as a whole,and the whole equipment operates under water.With compact structure and high efficiency,it is convenient to use and maintain.

3. Pump Part: At the top of submersible motor pump,the centrifugal pump is connected with motor by rigid shaft coupling.The bearing is water lubricated.The backpressure valve is fixed on the top of the pump to avoid the working parts being damaged by the returned water in pump when the submersible motor pump stops.The water in pump can flow away through the drainage hole in the valve in case the pump is broken in winter.(Note:There is no backpressure valve in low head submersible motor pump).

 4.  Motor Part: At the bottom of submersible motor pump,closed water-filled structure,guiding bearing and thrust bearing use water lubricated material.The compensation diaphragm is fixed on the bottom of motor to adjust the differential pressure caused by the ring temperature of motor.The sand-proof structure is fixed on the top of motor to prevent mud and sands to enter inside of motor.

 Operation Conditions:

1.   Power Source:Three-phase AC 380V 50HZ

2   Water temperature should not exceed 20°C

3   Solid content(weight ratio)in water should not exceed 0.01%

4   The PH value should be in between 6.5 and 8.5

5   The chlorine content should not be over 400mg/L

6   We can also design and manufacture the submersible motor pumps beyond the above conditions according to customer’s requirements
