How to operate it?

1 .Preparations before starting running

2 .turn on the battery main switch QF1 and control loop main switch QF2.

3. Put the SB1 key switch that control the power to on-position, the Control power light will be on. Press the start button on remote control and then press the engine start button SB4 to start mixing host. Press the belt conveyor switch SB6 to start the belt to discharge the finished concrete.

4 .To check if the mixing host discharging door is closed

5. Input the formula proportion and other parameter to the touch screen successively. Methods are on the touch screen instructions.

6 .Operation methods

7.1 Manual

Put the manual/automatic switch SA1 on “manual”

Feeding mode (only valid on automatic model)

Put the mode switch on “normal mode”, and feed according to order of sand-(water, additive, cement)-stone; if on “aggregate mode”, according to (sand, stone) – (water, additive, cement).

7.2 Material measurement

a. sand measurement

Press the button SB10 to start sand measurement belt, and the sand enter the host scale. Observe the screen measuring values; loosen the button when it is meet the required weight until to the end of sand measurement

b. stone measurement

Press the button SB11 to start stone measurement belt, and the stone enter the host scale. Observe the screen measuring values; loosen the button when it is meet the required weight until to the end of stone measurement

c. cement measurement

Press the button SB12 to start cement screw conveyor, and the cement enter the host scale. Observe the screen measuring values; loosen the button when it is meet the required weight until to the end of cement measurement

7.3Mixing and discharging

After all the material be scaled and charged, begin the mixing process. Press the button of SB15 to open the discharging door. After discharging all finished concrete, press the button SB16 to close the discharging gate. The conveyor belt must be started before open the discharging gate. Meanwhile, the SA2 switch must be put on the allowed position.

7.4 Automatic way

Input the required formula ratio and other parameter to the touch panel successively, then the material volume and automatic run times. After double check, put the automatic/ manual change-over switch to “Automatic”, press the start button SB17 to start running.

7.5Other operation item

8.1 Press the bell button SB2, the bell ring.

8.2 Press the sand vibrator button SB7 to start the sand hopper vibrator.

8.3 Press the stone vibrator button SB8 to start the stone hopper vibrator.

8.4 Press the cement vibrator button SB9 to start the cement silo vibrator.

8.5 Turn on the gate-allowed switch SA2 to forbidden position to stop automatic discharging.

8.6 Press the key scram button SB1 to outage the control box.

8.7 Under the automatic mode, the discharging belt start automatically 8 seconds before discharging; it stops before the next mixing round.
