4. Pressure relief valve

Function: Ensure the balance of pressure inside and outside of silo.
When feeding cement into silo, discharging cement from silo, the pressure inside will be changed rapidly. Safety valve will be opened automatically When the pressure is increased or decreased, after the pressure is balanced, the safety valve will be closed automatically.
Positive pressure: 280 to 1000mm H2o 1 mmH2O=9.80665 Pa
Negative pressure: -20 to -120 mmH2o

5. Vibrator
There are six vibrators on the silo.
Cement is easy to harden in the silo, vibrator will break the harden part of cement, ensure the work of cement silo.

6. Level Display Sensor

Level display sensor is on the leg, it can tell you how many cement left in the silo. You can decide when to feed cement.

7. Conveyor
The horizontal screw conveyor will convey cement out of silo.
Diameter:219mm Capacity:0 degree 45t/h

Slant screw conveyor(optional)
It will connect with horizontal screw conveyor, convey cement into mixer or other equipments. The slanting screw conveyor is not included in the quotation, its length need to be confirmed by your project.

8. SIEMENS/Schneider Control cabinet

The electric parts is SIEMENS/Schneider.
Indicator light
Indicator lights will tell you the working condition of cement silo.
Alarm when the cement is full/empty.
Alarm when there is something emergency.
9. Air compressor (Power:2.2 KW)

Supply power to pneumatic butterfly valve, air jet dust collector.
