Features of  concrete mixer

1. Quadruple Shaft-end Seal 

Two steel bearing protection rings are inserted between side mixing arm and shaft head to prevent coarse sand from entering.

As an air passage is opened in steel rings, inputting air with certain pressure into the air passage can form an air pressure protection washer at the connection of side mixing arm and shaft head, which separates water and slurry from the shaft head so as to prolong the service life of mixer.

2. Electric Lubrication Pump

380V powerful machine is used to inject quickly lubrication oil into oil pump head.

NLGI grade-two or grade-three lubrication oil may be used to better seal the shaft section and save more oil.

Four pump cores are used to supply oil to four shaft heads respectively without using split-flow valves, which avoids blockage of split-flow valves, guarantees grease supply to shaft heads and reduces working load for repair and maintenance. 

Exclusive Monitoring System

Available to test oil mass and temperature of reduction gearbox.

Available to test working status of lubrication pump.

A monitor and alarm can be set in operation room, when it runs abnormal alarm automatic alarm, which can realize remote monitoring in the operating room 

3. Unloading Gate

Advanced hydraulic drive equipment is applied to prevent unloading failure of the mixer due to inadequate start-up of the pneumatic door.

The unloading gate has many arrest points as general switches for the convenience of concrete filling by mixer truck.

With double unloading ways, the safe and reliable manual unloading control can be started when power off.

4. Contact Switch 

The reducer and oil seal system imported with original packaging can better coordinate with mixing and operate smoothly with long service life, low noise and no oil leakage. 

5. Reducer

Inductive switches imported with original packaging is reliable and durable.
