Florescence EVA Foam Filled Fender

Polyurethane Foam filled fenders are able to absorb 40% more energy than similar sized pneumatic fenders.

Low maintenance comes as standard because the polyurethane elastomer is highly resistant 

to the effects of ozone and ultra violet light. It will never sink or deflate. Even at the end of their 

first service life they can be returned to the factory for refurbishment before going back to work.

3 Structure of Florescence EVA foam filled marine fender

1 the outer skin of the fenders is a sprayed Polyurea coating.the thickness of the coating is about 6 mm;

 And it has a Nylon Cord Fabrics reinforcement.

2The density of the foam is from 150 kg/m³ to200 kg/m³. 

3 Construction:Polyurea spraying coat + reinforcement filament + Polyurethane closed cell foam core

Outer Rubber + Nylon Cord Fabrics

The outer rubber + nylon cord fabrics is specifically designed to seal EVA foam inside and to prevent any leakage.

Polyurea Spraying Coating

Polyurea coating is permanent spray on coatings that protect the surface of fender body. It is more durable than 
rubber and flexible in all weather conditions; no softening in heat or becoming brittle in cold. scratch and chemical
resistant.
