Florescence EVA Foam Filled Fender 

EVA fender is the perfect solution for storm conditions, having the potential to outperform pneumatic units during severe weather. 

Foam Filled Fenders are versatile, robust and suitable for almost all applications. The manufacturing process allows for virtually any size of fender to be constructed and selecting the appropriate grade of foam core and elastomeric skin means the performance of a fender can be precisely gauged to meet specific specification requirements.

Characteristically Foam Filled Fenders have a high energy absorption compared to their reactive load meaning they are ideal for existing structures and certain hull types such as catamarans and cruise ships.

Applicable for docks with large tidal range and small docks. 

Easy installation and removal. 

This fender is an excellent choice when the vessels berthing have a belt that could damage the frontal panel from the fender system. We recommend the Polyurethane fender since it looks better than the 

rubber exterior on this fender.

EVA Foam Filled Floating Fender

Foam filled floating fenders are used as alternative solution to both fixed fenders and pneumatic 

fenders. Main applications are:

· Heavy duty ship-to-ship lightering operations

· All Navy vessel berths and cruise terminals due to low hull pressure, non-marking Polyurethane skin and the advantage of a proportional increase of reaction force and energy absorption

The fenders are extremely robust and do not suffer loss of performance even if damaged. The 

repair of smaller damages is relatively simple and can be done on site. We supply foam filled floating fenders in different types, sizes and colours as follows: 

·  different foam hardness to cover a wide performance range

· Optional chain/tyre net for heavy duty applications

· Diameters from 300 mm to 4.500 mm and lengths from 1.000 mm to 8.400 mm, special sizes on request

·  Individual skin colours are available upon request, standard colours are black and orange
