ZW type gravity valveless filter adopt siphon principle to regular automatic flushing, it doesn’t need back washing pump and partical valve.

It is widely used for surface water purification, groundwater iron and manganese removal, circulation water filter etc follow-up work.

the principle

The raw water after a water pipe into the filter through the filter layer top-down filtering, enter the deposit tank through the outlet pipe into the clear water tank full. Filter layer remain continuously suspended solids, resulting in increased resistance, and to promote the water level rising within the siphon, siphon assisted when the water level reaches the possession of the mouth, the water falling from the tube to siphon drop of air through the exhaust pipe in order to take away, when the vacuum degree reaches a certain value, they siphon leaving the role of water, bottom-up pass filter layer occurs on the filter backwash. When the rinse water tank below the surface down to siphon the destruction tube, the air enters the siphon, destruction siphon effect, the end of the backwash, the filter re-start.

2. How to pay?

  ANS: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

3. What is the delivery time?

  ANS: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.

4. How to pack the products?

  ANS: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as you required, but the fees will be paid by customers.

5. How to install after the equipments arriving destination?

  ANS: We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.   

6. How long is the validity?

  ANS:The validity is 12 months from B/L date.
