1. Working principle

This machines is for making granule from powder material by spraying the adhesive. Conform with GMP requirement, so widely used in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and Chemical industry.

The working principle is: Put the powder material into the fluid bed. The cold air is drawn into the fluid bed through the pre, middle and final filters(HEPA) and passes through the heating chamber behind the main machine, heated to the desired temperature by the heater. The material is fluidized in the fluid bed regularly. The adhesive is delivered to spray nozzle by peristaltic pump, which will spray into the container, make some of particle become the granules with adhesive. For the heated air’s continuous drying for the particles, the moisture inside these particles will be evaporated. And the evaporated moisture is drawn out by the fan.

 2. Main performance and characteristic

1)Improving the dissolve property through powder granulating, Granulating and drying in one machine with one step.

2) PLC Control ,Human-computer interface and english on screen display operation importability for formula parameter ,program automatic operation,easy

operation, steady ,with strict interlocking function ,not go so far as to misoperation.

3) Bag filter system, left and right bag filter, remove dust alternately, reach a high-efficiency effect for removing dust .

4) The draught fan use air flap to adjust,the raw material flow height can be adjusted,enhance drying efficiency.

5) The structure of machine is airtight roundness to avoid dead angle, easy to clean, no cross contamination, reach GMP standard.

3. Structure Introduction

1) Main machine 

It is made of Bottom inlet air chamber ,fluidized bed,flow chamber,Bag-filter chamber.

2) Air filter

It is made of primary and middle filter and HEPA.

3) Air heater

Inlet temperature is setting and automatic control. temperature fluctuation range is ±5°C ensure operation performance stable.

Our standard heater model is steam exchanger, if require electrical heater, we also can equipped with electrical heater.

4) Exhaust system

It is made of exhaust duct,draught fan and silencer. Separated draught fan and main machine installation,noise ≤80 decibel,manual operation wind volume; Continue adjust fluidized state,so this kind of machine suit big range of raw materials,It is also suit different raw materials’air quantity demands.
