• Roller Parts: Rollers are the most important parts for making pellets. The material of roller parts must be anti-bearable and not easy to be broken. The roller is made from precise material of alloy metal. Compared with the traditional roller press , our flat die pellet press has two pairs of rollers that enlarge the capacity of making pellets.

• Die Parts: The flat die has many holes for extruding material into the formation of pellets. The holes of the die have 6-10 mm diameter for your choice, or we can produce different dies as required. Therefore, the flat die pellet mill is more suitable for home use or small scale pellets production.
