Introduction

1. The machine is Ring Die pellet processing one. 

2. It can not only pelletize sawdust, stalks and straw, but also process 

forage and fodder for animals.

3. The raw materials, also feedstock, cover sawdust, twigs, straw, rice 

husks, peanut shells and so on.

4. The range of diameter of pellets: 6-12mm, with pellet density of 

1.1-1.3t/m³ and moisture content of ≤8%.

Features

1. Main drive adopts high accurate gear drive, with an output of about 20% higher than belt drive.

2. The drive part of the machine including motor optimize, the high quality 

SKF bearings and NAK oil seals ensure high efficient and steady driving with

low noise.

3. The imperative feeder device is adopted, which making the machine 

operate smoothly as the material like wood sawdust, corn, wheat, and rice 

strawis very light, so they are needed to be pushed into pelletizing chamberby force.

4. Special design of feed conditioner adopts the frequency-conversion speed regulating control to guarantee wood pellets quality.

5. The ring die is made by international advanced technology, has long 

service life and ensure smoothly pelletizing and high quality.

6. The international advanced compensation type flexible coupling is of 

novel and compact structure, safety, low noise and less trouble.

7. Permanent magnet device can remove impurities in the pelletizing 

process.

Final Pellets

1. Efficient--Wood pellets are an efficient source of heat with high combustion vablue,

like pine is 4300-4500KA,olive wood will be 4500ka and straws are 

3700-3800.
2. Cost-effective--Wood pellets are economically competitive with home fossil fuel options 

and electric heat.
4. Environmental friendly--Wood pellets are a sustainable fuel source,the ash producing is lower than 

coal and log/firewood,except rice straws pellets(max8%),the other will be 

lower to 0.9%.
5. Renewable--Wood pellets are a biomass product made of wood waste or other forest 

waste.The raw materials can be waste pallets,veneer,branches,debarks and so on.
6. Broad application--Wood pellets can be used in a lot of appliances such as stoves, furnaces, 

boilers and other heating systems.
