 Main involved machines in this line:

Wood chipper:( If your raw material is wood logs and wood blocks, then wood chipper should be used to crush wood logs into small wood chips with diameter less than 1cm , length and wideth less than 3-5cm.

The wood pellets must be processed with wood powder. The trunk and branches of trees must be crushed into small chips by wood chipper, then the hammer mill process the chips into powder.

 The best material diameter for producting pellet is 1-5mm, so if the raw material diameter exceed 5mm, then crusher shouldbe used to crush them into small powder. Our crushing machine is your best choice. It mills raw material like tree branch, wood shavings wood chips, wood logs, cotton stalk, wheat straw etc into 1-5mm, suitable for to be pellet. After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, then it is pushed to next process to get dried and pelletized.

Dryer machine: 

The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 11-17%. Our rotary drum dryer is made up of  burning stove and main rotary dryer which is high efficiency in drying the wood and the biomass material. It can realize to reduce the moisture from 50%-10%. The rotary dryer uses steam to heat air and contact material to remove certain degree of moisture. It is very important for wood pellet plant to using moisture detector which will determine the most suitable moisture before pelletizing.

as fuel or feed. 

Wood pellet mill main spare parts are alloy steel  material. Its life span is long, for about 800-1000 hours.

Pellet mill is the heart of the wood pellet production line and has reliable running performance. It is sepcail designed for compacting of wood, starw and other biomass sources into pellets. Capacity ranges from 1 t to  10t per hour. You can choose ring die pellet mill or flat die pellet mill depend on your capacity requiement. Our GZLH series ring die pellet mill is the best choice for large scale production, while flat die pellet mill is suitable for small pellet produciotnline. Wood pellet mill is reducer driven type, reducer is boneng brand reducer. So machine 

is more durable than others. Life span is long.

Cooler machine:

Cooler machine function is to cool pellets. Because pellets temperature will be very high

after out of the pellet machine. At about 70 degree. If small capacity, then no need cooler,

but if big capacity, then we suggest you to use cooler to make pellets cool.

For storage purpose, a cooler must be used to reduce their suitable termperature and the moisture content, aslo helo screen good and pure  pellets. However, considering the feedback from some foreigh clients, the local climate is very humidity, they hope to cool the wood pellets with moisture 7-8%. In order to satisfy different needs from different clients, we develop one kind of new stabilizer combined cooler.
