Introduction of Poultry/Fodder Pellet Manufacturing Plant 

1, Pellet Manufacturing Plant can presss high crude fiber biomass waste into good pellets. Especially it is fit for biomass waste from wheat straw, rice husk, coconut shell, palm fiber and palm shell, very hard wood etc. It can press fertilizer pellets from animal manure organic fertilizer, plant waste, chemical waste etc.

2, Pellet Manufacturing Plant can press 2-20mm pellets, final pellet length can be adjusted optionally. Before pressing pellets, raw materials should be crushed into powder, at max dimension 20mm, humidity should be between 15%-20%.

3, Pellet Manufacturing Plant also contains full automatically lubricate spare oil systems, which can lubricate spare parts oil--rollers, shaft, gears, bearing automatically, but other common supplier pellet machine cannot reach our quality and technology now.

1, Raw materials need to be crushed and dried.
2, Then mix the main material and many other subsidiary materials evenly.
3, Put the powder into the chamber, then the roller presses the powder through the holes in the die to form pellets meanwhile a cutter in the other side of the die cuts the pellets that has been pressed out from the holes.
4, Make sure the pellets are cooled before the storage.
