Vibrating Screen Machine Introduction:
Vibrating screen uses vibrating motor as vibrating sources, making materials tosses and moved forward in straight line. The material evenly from the feeder into the screen machine, through the multi-screen net produces several kinds of top-product and bottom-product which discharge from export respectively.
It features low energy consumption, large productivity, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully closed, no dust scattered, automatic discharging, more suitable for assembly line.
Vibrating Screen Performance and Features:
1. Tightness is good, little dust spills.
2. Less energy consumption, low noise and long life screen.
3. Screening of high precision, large capacity, simple structure.
4. Completely closed structure, auto-nesting, more suitable for pipelining.
5. Sieve body parts are used Rolling welded steel plate and profiles (part of the group of ligand for the bolt connection) the overall stiffness is good, solid and reliable.
Working principle:
The eccentric block is driven though the vee belt by the electric motor with high speed rotation. The rotating eccentric block produces a large centrifugal force, and stimulates the screen box to move in circle with a certain amplitude. The materials are continuously casted by the impulse from the screen box, and the smaller size less than the sieve mesh is sieved and graded.
