• High capacity :Main power 90kw make sure it has a capacity usually of 0.8t/h-1t/h.
• It can produce 250t-312t per month every shift( 8h ) ,If two shift (16h) can produce 500-624t/month,the calculate is based on 26 working days per month.
• Main motor of wood pellet machine rotate with high speed and transfer the the power to reducer ,then the high speed power will change to slow but strong strength which have enough power to make the two gear rotation ,then the Centrifugal force of two gear will extruder the sawdust and press them to ring die ,then the pellet will come out .
• Accessory power :Screw conveyor 1.5kw,scraper discharge board 2.2kw,grease pump power 0.37kw,reducer gear pump 0.55kw ,belt conveyor 1.1kw,dust collector 1.5kw

Our pellet machine has grease maintenance pump to lubricate two rotation roller and bearing ,also with gear pump to maintenance the reducer ,make sure machine can have a continuously work time more than 20hours.

4.Machine pellet wood making structure and advantage

Ring die mold ,flat (level) location,double layer mold ,when it working it just use the under layer to and totation gear to press pellet .When this layer worn out use the other layer mold ,make sure the motor and reducer can support enough strengh to the press rollers .Level mold make it easy to radiation and has little unformed pellet.
