Item: Bed Type Vertical Mill (MW0800-028)
Features
- Max. Table Load: 600 kgs
- Spindle Taper NST50 (A model) or NST40 (B model)
- The box-frame construction base to assure high accurate machining and heavy duty cutting
- With the finest double V Type Slide Way on X,Y Axes to provide stable movement and long term of feeding precision
- The very wide saddle 1530mm keeps table movement smoothly in all directions to prevent from any deformation and allowance occurred
Description
- Two types of Bed type mill: Heavy Duty Inverter Variable Speed Head (A model) or Turret Inverter Vari. Speed Head (B model)
- X/Y/Z Axes feed are equipped with high precision C5 Class Double Nut Ball Screw, which fully supported movement to maintain long wear resistance and precisely feeding
- The movement of 3 axes is driven by AC Servo Motor feeding through the precision ball screw, which will allow accurate positioning. The MPG fine feeding system on Z Axis can offer a high quality of efficient performance
- Vertical Head is equipped with the lubrication pump, which can be cooling the gear inside of the head to prevent noise and deformation occurred from overheating
