1,Screen operation 

Firstly, press “MOD” key to enter setting screen, when the “Batch charger return time “ screen emerges, press “↓” key to transfer into another desire page, press “+” key to change the first number into the desire value, conversely, press”-” key can reduce the value( if press “+” key or “-” key continuously, the value will scroll quickly within 0~9),then press “→” to move the cursor to the second number or other position, and then press “+” key or “-” to change the value.

After modification, press “ENTER” for confirmation, the system will enter another parameter screen, if wan to return to previous screen, press “↑” to return.

     After modification of all the parameters, it is available to press                       “MOD” key to return to monitoring interface with four current values of monitoring items, if want to check the other items, press “↓” or 

“↑” key for check.

2,Pre-inspection before operation

After turn on the power switch, check if the computer screen is under normal mode, if it is, carry out the next operation. Check if the dies are under normal mode, that is check if all of the upper and lower cylinder as well as stowing tool have returned(3 return), after confirmation, turn the manual button to automatic position to enter normal pressing mode.

3,Upper cylinder pressing handle regulator

Below the control cabinet, there is upper cylinder regulation handle and pressure gauge, rotate the handle to regulate the pressure of upper cylinder, and this pressure value will be displayed on pressure gauge.
