Brief introduction to the Charcoal Machine

The raw materials for the equipment are sawdust, wood shavings, rice hull, crop straw, etc. After processing by the machine, they can turn into new energy- the machine-made charcoal. The serial of equipments have won the golden prize of the National New TechnologyNew Product Trade Fair for three times. They are proved to be the ideal prodution.

Crusher(WTI-1)

If the materials is bigger than 5*5mm(e.g.branch ,husk),smaller than 200mm,there is necessary to crush the material into 5*5mm for further processing.

Drying machine(WTII)

If the marterial’s moisture is above 12%,the drying machine is needed to dry the moisture from 12% to 6%-8% before the material ( e.g.sawdust ) is put into Briquette extruder machine.The productivity can be designed as the requirements from customers.

Briquette extruder machine(WTIII)

This machine is used to make sawdust into half-charcoal-stick.It is equiped with the autocontrolling heating system.The product of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace,etc for warm in house.

Carbonishing machine(WTIV)

This machine is used to carbonized the half-product into finished product.It is equiped with hyperploid high temperature steam cooling system, and the process of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production.
