Working Principle of livestock feed pellet mill

The ring die is drilled with a lot of hole, and enclose the two rollers which are fixed on a support.
Materials after hardening and tempering enter the ring die cover through inclined channel.
Under the gravity, centrifugal pull, and the effect of the scraper, the materials will be fed into the compression zone formed by the ring die and the roller.
After that, the shaped materials will be pushed out and cut into a certain length by the cutter outside of the ring die.

Conditioner: The material of conditioner is stainless steel. It is used to help raw materials aging and softening, sterilization.

2) If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.

3) If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
