Raw materials

Application in a production line

This production line mainly include three systems: raw material crushing system, pellet making system and packing system. All machine we used in this line are: mixer and grinder, screw converyor, flat die pellet mill, bucket elevator, vibrating screener, final pellets bin and packing scale.

Contrast of flat die pellet mill and ring die mill

1) The flat die pellet mill feed vertical, material could get down easily and it solved the problem which sawdust is difficult to flow, but the ring die pellet mill has to be feed by the spiral feeder, the guide plate has to be adjusted continuously as the different density of the material.
2) The die of the flat die pellet mill could be used both sides, the life has been longer than ring die pellet mill.
3) For the flat die pellet mill, the feed quantity could be enlarged by enlarging the diameter of the press roller, but the press roller could not be changed in the ring die pellet mill.

2) If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.
