Main operation process

1. Requirement of raw material

Wood Pellet can be made from any type of agro-forestry waste: Groundnut-shell , Sugarcane Biogases  ,Caster Shells/Stalk , Saw dust , Coffee Husk , Paddy Straw , Sunflower Stalk , Cotton Stalks , Tobacco waste Mustard Stalk , Jute waste , Bamboo Dust , Tea waste ,Wheat Straw , Palm husk , Soybeans husk , Coir Pitch Barks/Straws , Rice Husks , Forestry wastes , Wood Chips and many other Agro wastes.

2. Wood crusher

Depending on the different input material, we fit out the suitable Crushing machines. If the raw material is big logs with diameter less 300mm or big timber cutter, our BX series drum wood chipper and Tear-circle hammer mill machine are your best choices; While SFSP-series Hammer Mill is widely used to crush each kind of straw, wood chip, tree branch, bark and leftover bits from agricultural wastes. The best moisture content in the Crushing Process is less 20%, and the thickness of the wood chip is less 5mm.

3. Drum dryer

The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 14-16%. Our new  Rotary Dryer is made up of Burning Stove and Main Rotary Dryer, which can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%, and save about 30% energy consumption .

4. Wood pellet mill 

MZLH series wood pellet mill is pellet making machine, make the raw material into wood pellet, it's the major equipment during the wood pellet making process.

5. Cooler

After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 ℃,and the moisture is about 15%, so we need the cooler to reduce the moisture 3-4%, of course, we depend on different clients' requirement, to provide the suitable machine.

6. Packing scale

After cooling the pellet, in order to avoid to be affected with damp. the packing scale machine is necessary.
